HOW WE FILL EVERY BOTTLE WITH GOODNESS
We want to make it simple for every single person to get as close to nature as possible. So when it came to making delicious smoothies we didn’t fancy heat pasteurising our fresh fruit and veg. Instead we use a High-Pressure Processing machine which makes sure we keep in all the goodness and get rid of any nasties. Want to know how it works? Just have a look below.
SQUEEZING OUT THE VERY BEST OF OUR FRUIT AND VEG
We gather up all our tasty fruit and veg to cold-press them. This means that both juice and puree are extracted thanks to a hydraulic press, and not a method like centrifugation, which produces some heat. This way we make sure all vitamins and nutrients from the raw fruit and veg we use are maintained at the highest level.
MIXING UP ALL THAT GOODNESS
Then we blend everything together as per our delicious recipes. Once it’s all mixed to the right consistency, the blend is ready to be bottled.
TURNING UP THE PRESSURE
Every single bottle goes through a tunnel called an HPP machine, where an extreme pressure via water is applied. This pressure is up to the equivalent of six times greater than the deepest known place in the ocean. This step is so important as it extends the shelf-life of our products by deactivating all the spoilage organisms.
